Why should I stage my house?
Staging is a great way to highlight the best parts of any property. When a house is staged buyers can more easily picture themselves living in that space. Staging has been shown to increase asking price and decrease number of days a house is on the market.
What is the staging process?
Step 1: Contact Us!
Step 2: We will walk through the property and discuss how to best stage each room.
Step 3: We will check our inventory and being designing!
Step 4: Step a staging date and leave the rest to us!
Do you rent or own your inventory?
We own an expansive inventory kept in climate controlled storage units in Santa Rosa. However, if there is an item you want or that we feel will would compliment a room we will discuss buying or renting that piece with you! Similarly, if you have pieces that you want to contribute to the staging we will gladly incorporate them.
How much does it cost to stage?
Cost is dependent on many factors like square footage, number of rooms, location, the time frame, etc. Pricing will be discussed in the walk through and a final price will be agreed upon when your staging date is confirmed.
What is the difference between staging and styling?
Staging and styling go hand in hand. When we stage a house we will be bringing in lots of different pieces of furniture and art to make your home look appealing to buyers. When we style a home we will come in and use what you have in the house to best accentuate your home’s features and get it ready to show. However, in both processes we may want to bring in some of our own pieces or request to use some of yours.
